I was charged with an aggravated DWI about a week ago, and I’m scared about what’s going to happen. I’ve read up on what I can do in cases of DWI, but I’m not sure how the aggravated charge is different. What is aggravated driving when intoxicated?

- Already having a suspended license
- Having multiple DWIs or DUIs in a year
