What happens if you get caught driving past curfew?

, you can get a traffic ticket for driving after curfew, or you can even have your license suspended.Illinois curfew laws prohibit you from driving:
- Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday
- Between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Friday and Saturday
However, you’ll typically be able to get around curfew if you can provide evidence that you were attending an approved activity, like a school function or your job.
