What should I do if I get a flat tire in a rental? I'm renting a car on a trip to Sacramento. It's all hypothetical, but I want to be prepared in case I get a flat.

“Nearly every car rental company in the world has roadside assistance for their customers in case they encounter this exact situation.
Look at your key fob or the paperwork. It should provide a number to call for roadside assistance.
In the rare case that your car rental company doesn’t provide roadside assistance, call your
car insurance
company or AAA
(if you’re a member). They should be able to help you out.Roadside assistance for rental vehicles can be found in unexpected places! Some credit card companies and phone carriers offer roadside assistance, so be sure to check your paperwork.”
