What GPA do I need to get a discount on my insurance policy?

Will a 3.2 GPA help me save money on my car insurance? I have my first transcript back from college and I did pretty well: 3.2. This may be the first time I can get a discount on my car insurance and I wasn't sure what the GPA cut off is.

“Great job! Yes, the GPA needed for the good student discount is 3.0. Just get in touch with your carrier and submit a copy of your college transcript.
