What does it mean when your license is revoked?
My brother said his license is revoked because he got into an accident without car insurance. What does this mean? Will he be able to drive again?

and was breaking the law, the consequences were his license being taken away by the state.When a license is revoked, it means it cannot be reinstated and is no longer valid. If the DMV has set a revocation period, your brother may be allowed to apply for a license once this period passes.
However, he is required to get approval from the DMV before beginning the licensing process. If they approve, he’ll have to apply for a license as if he was getting one for the first time. If they don’t, he can’t drive until they do.
