What can I do if a tow truck damaged my vehicle while transporting it?
What do I do to get reimbursed for the damage? I had my Kia Sorento towed to a local repair shop. When it arrived, I noticed some body damage to it. The damage isn't extensive, but it's definitely noticeable.

Give them an opportunity to explain themselves. Some might deny it, but most reputable companies will come clean and pay for the damage to avoid any legal issues or bad publicity.
If the towing company was one that your
car insurance
company regularly works with, give your insurer a call and have them sort it out. This will usually work.If neither gets the job done, you may want to contact an attorney based on the severity of the damage.
It’s probably not worth it for $500 worth of damage, but $1,000 or more might be in your best interest.”
