The best places to live in Atlanta are Buckhead, Midtown, and Old Fourth Ward.
Midtown:
Midtown is a happenin’ spot, though it’s not likely to be the best area to find a family home. Here, you’ll find an array of condos and apartment buildings and low crime. There are tons of cultural spots to enjoy in Midtown, including the High Museum of Art and the Fox Theater. Don’t miss out on the lovely green space in Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Botanical Garden. The schools are great in Midtown as well.
Old Fourth Ward:
Historic Old Fourth Ward is another popular Atlanta neighborhood full of lofts, condos, and townhomes. There are single-family homes as well, but they are pricey. The vibrant area features Historic Fourth Ward Park, Ponce City Market, and other hip food spots and stores. It’s also home to the Martin Luther King Jr. National Site, paying homage to one of the most important leaders of the Civil Rights Movement.
