What are the benefits of having a lifted Lincoln Aviator?

I’ve been going off-roading with my friends for the last couple of years, and want to take my family with me this time. We have a Lincoln and have heard that some people lift their cars before going off-roading. Can I have my Lincoln Aviator lifted, and what are the benefits?

Yes, you can lift your
Lincoln Aviator
! This will increase your
Lincoln’s
off-road clearance, but keep an eye out on what lifting kit you purchase, they won’t all give you the same heights.
While lifting may not be for everyone, if you’re frequently driving off-road, you’ll get extra clearance and better visibility of the ground in front of you. In addition, it’ll make accessing your Lincoln’s undercarriage easier, which is important if any debris gets stuck under your vehicle.
However, since you’re lifting your car, your center of gravity will also rise with it. This means it may be harder to handle your Lincoln—especially during sharper turns.
