The car wash scratched my car. What should I do?

I’m not the kind of person to complain about the kind of service that I receive, but I think my local car wash scratched my car and I’m not sure what to do. I didn’t notice until I got home, so I didn’t say anything. Should I go back?

I’m sorry to hear that this happened to you! If you’re sure that it was the car wash that scratched your car, you should contact the manager as soon as possible. The sooner you contact the manager, the better your case will be since there will be less time between your visit to the establishment and your complaint.
If the scratch is relatively small, you can also try to
get rid of it at home
if you’d prefer. Buff out the scratch and be sure to check to see if it goes as deep as the metal beneath the paint. If this doesn’t work, contacting the car wash is your best option.
