Should I replace both headlight bulbs?

Only one of the headlights on my car is currently out. I know it’s going to be a hassle to replace it so should I replace both headlight bulbs now?

Yes, you should replace both headlight bulbs now.
Headlights from the manufacturer tend to expire at the same time. In other words, if one of your headlights is out now, the other light will likely die shortly.
It’s unsafe to drive without two functioning headlights. You will struggle to see the road but other drivers won’t be able to accurately locate your vehicle on the road. On top of that, you can be ticketed for driving with a blown out headlight.
Overall, there is no danger in replacing both headlight bulbs now. Unless you want to save the money and wait until the other bulb expires, go ahead and buy two replacement bulbs!
