Is the throttle body covered under the Jeep powertrain warranty?
My Jeep is getting older and I’ve started noticing some issues with it. Is the throttle body considered to be part of the powertrain? If so, does Jeep protect the throttle body under the Jeep powertrain warranty?

Unfortunately, the throttle body is not covered under the Jeep powertrain warranty. Things that are covered by the powertrain warranty include the engine, transmission, and drive system, but the throttle body is not considered to be part of any of these elements for the sake of the warranty.
The throttle body will, however, be covered by the Jeep Limited Warranty. If you have issues with your throttle body before the initial warranty period is up, you’ll be able to get the problem fixed under warranty.
