Is the Ford ESP warranty worth it?

I’m buying a brand new Mustang soon and debating whether or not to add the Ford ESP. Is it worth it?

**The Ford Extended Service Plan (ESP) is worth it if you can afford the cost. It will run you around $4,000 (or more), but has the potential of saving you thousands in the long run if you rack up enough repairs on your car.
Ford ESP offers four different plans—PremiumCARE, ExtraCARE, BaseCARE, and PowertrainCARE—that offer varying amounts of coverage and benefits at different costs. PremiumCARE is the most expensive, but also offers the most extensive coverage, including coverage for over 1,000 components in your car.
The Ford ESP plans also come with 24-hour roadside assistance, rental vehicle benefits, and a slew of other benefits.
We recommend talking with your Ford dealer and then comparing the cost of coverage to a third-party!
