A friend and I are trying to settle a debate. He says that the 2013 Chevy Spark was an electric car, but I don’t remember that at all. Was the 2013 Spark electric?
. However, the release was only limited to certain localities. If your friend is from California, Oregon or Maine, an EV version of the Spark would have been available there.
