Is Maryland a no-fault state?

I’m moving to Baltimore for a new job, and I’m pretty excited about living near the coast for the first time in my life! However, I don’t want to start my adventure out on a sour note, so I’m making a checklist of things to do—in particular, for car insurance. Is Maryland a no-fault or at-fault state?
