Is lane splitting legal in New Hampshire?
I see lane splitting happening all the time on the roads in New Hampshire. Is that even allowed?

Lane splitting is illegal in New Hampshire, and motorcyclists aren’t permitted to ride more than two abreast in a single lane of traffic.
Section 265:121 explains: “no person shall drive a motorcycle on a roadway between lanes of traffic or between adjacent lines or rows of vehicles.”
Under New Hampshire state law, motor vehicles also need to ensure motorcyclists around them can make full use of the lane.
Interestingly, New Hampshire doesn’t require motorcyclists to wear helmets—although we’d a helmet is an essential safety feature for those out on the open road.
