Is it safe to travel with fireworks in the car?

I love getting fireworks for the Fourth of July to have my own fireworks show at my house. However, I’ve always had them delivered to my house. This year, I’m going to buy them myself. But is traveling with fireworks in the car safe?

If you want to have your own Fourth of July fireworks spectacular, more power to you! The good news is that it is safe to travel with fireworks in your car, just so long as you:
  • Don’t smoke in the vehicle.
  • Don’t ignite or spark any devices, such as a cigarette lighter.
  • Don’t attempt to light one and throw it from the vehicle.
Since all of these rules are no-brainers, you shouldn’t have any issues as long as you use common sense.
