Is it ethical to negotiate a car price with a dealership based on financing and then pay off the entire loan a month later?
"Is it unethical to negotiate a lower price and then pay for the car in cash to get a massive discount? I've read that you can negotiate a better price on a car if you finance with the dealer. However, I have the cash to pay for the car outright."

“The answer to this question is entirely in the eyes of the beholder.
Some people believe dealers and car salesmen are crooks and that swindling them out of money isn’t harmful or unethical. Others might say the exact opposite.
Therefore, you could negotiate the deal for a
new car
under the guise of financing, but it’s touchy ground as far as ethics. You may just want to ask what the price would be if you offered cash and negotiate that to what you’re willing to pay.”
