To use toll roads in Colorado, you must prepay $35 for an ExpressToll Account. Of this fee, $18 is used to pay for the sticker transponder you place in your vehicle, and the remaining $17 is used as a balance on your account. Toll prices vary due to the date and time of usage, as well as traffic volume. Prices are posted on both electronic and static signs before you enter a toll road.
