Is Dodge Dakota tuning legal?
My cousin said he could increase my horsepower by tuning my car. I don't know what he is talking about and I am not sure it is legal. Is Dodge Dakota tuning legal in California?

tuning would not be the best way to increase your horsepower. Here are some other, legal ways to increase the horsepower on your Dodge:
