Is Cadillac CUE under warranty?
I have an Escalade that I bought in 2020 and the navigation system seems a little glitchy. Is this something that I can get replaced without paying for it?

Bells and whistles are nice and all, but let’s face it—sometimes it’s just more stuff that can break. Cadillac CUE should be covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, which guarantees the entire vehicle against defects for 4 years or 50,000 miles.
Note that the warranty doesn’t cover damage due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance, so it can depend on the circumstances. If the system is glitchy through no fault of your own, it’s likely covered. But if it started acting funny after your buddy spilled their soda on it, you might be out of luck.
