Is Audi’s extended warranty worth it?
I’ll be purchasing a new Audi soon, and I never know what to do when it comes time to make a decision about getting the extended warranty. I don’t put a lot of wear and tear on my cars, and it seems like it could be a waste of money. Is Audi’s extended warranty worth it?

Whether or not Audi’s extended warranty is worth it is ultimately up to you, but for most drivers extended warranty coverage is overkill
Audi offers three different tiers of extended warranty: Powertrain, Gold, and Platinum. The coverage increases as you move up the tiers, but so does the price. Like the car itself, the cost is negotiable and the warranty must be purchased directly through a dealership.
If you don’t put a lot of miles or wear and tear on a car, then an extended warranty is not likely to be worth the money. If you do decide to purchase one, it’s important to pick a plan and deductible that makes sense for you.
