I’m looking for a new car for the family. It will mostly be for my enjoyment but it wouldn’t hurt if my kids could drive it when they grow up. Is an Audi TT a good first car?

The Audi TT is not generally considered a good first car, due to its sporty performance and unreliability.
On the one hand, the TT is super fun to drive. This might work for you, but it’s not a good choice for young drivers. Plus, sporty cars come with higher price tags when it comes to car insurance prices—on top of the higher prices that young drivers are usually charged.
