The Honda Fit isn’t an SUV by U.S. market standards.
The Honda Fit, which has also gone by the name Honda Jazz, was considered a subcompact car when sold in the United States. However, its recent iteration as the Jazz Crosstar, sold across Europe and Asia, does appear to take exterior styling inspiration from SUVs.
In fact, on Honda’s New Zealand website, the Jazz Crosstar is referred to as an SUV crossover.
