How will USAA value my Ford Mustang after an accident?

How will USAA evaluate my Mustang after an accident? I was at fault in an accident but I have collision insurance. This car has been my baby since I bought it and I want to repair it if possible, but I don't want to pay for it out of pocket.

“To get the actual cash value (ACV), or fair value, of your Mustang,
USAA
uses a vendor tool called CCC One. To determine value, the user inputs your car information, like:
  • make
  • model
  • year
  • mileage
Unfortunately, if the amount of repairs is more than the ACV, your
car insurance
won’t pay for repairs. They’ll just cut you a check for the ACV.
You can use this amount to pay off the loan or you can put it toward repairs (although this isn’t recommended due to the excessive costs incurred plus a remaining loan balance).
If that Mustang is your baby, you might have to pay out of pocket.”
