How to use Google Maps for driving directions?

I live in a pretty small town where I can drive to everything pretty easily, but I’m going on a long road trip to Texas next week and am going to need directions. Friends of mine have recommended Google Maps. How do I use that?

How exciting! Love a

road trip. You can use Google Maps for driving directions by opening the Google Maps app on your phone, inputting your destination, and pressing “Start”.

Let’s break that down a little more:

Download the Google Maps app if you haven’t already

Input the address of your final destination (Google Maps will automatically use your current location as your starting location)

An overview of your route will appear

Click start, crank up the jams, and hit the open road!

While Google Maps is an expert navigation app, Jerry is an expert
