Do Subaru key fobs even open? I’ve been trying and failing to get mine open—no luck.

Yes! Subaru key fobs do, in fact, open! You just have to know where to look. Here’s how to open the keyfob of a Subaru.
You’ll find a small square button at the back of the fob—push it to release the key blade.
Use a flathead screwdriver, or small butter knife to pry the two halves apart.
And boom! You’ve successfully opened up the fob, allowing you access to the vinyl inside is now all too easy!
