How reliable is a Ford Taurus?

I cannot figure out how to get the fuel door open on my aunt’s car. I borrowed it for a weekend and I want to return it with a full tank. How do I open the gas tank on a 2006 BMW X5?

Sometimes while driving, I see repairmen working on power lines alongside the road. It’s a little far-fetched, but I’m curious: If a power line were to be knocked loose, or if a car struck a pole during an accident, could the live wire damage your car?

My car won't start, and I thought it was the battery. But after getting the battery tested, I found it was fine. I think it might be my starter instead. How do you know if your car starter is bad?
