liability insurance
will only cover up to $25,000 for bodily injury per person and $25,000 for damage to property.In this case, your insurance will take care of all the property damage and up to $25,000 for the other driver’s medical bills. The remaining $20,000 is up to you to cover, unfortunately.
In the future, don’t just buy the cheapest minimum-liability policy. Get coverage with higher limits to protect yourself and your finances.”
