Refrigerant is a key component of

. You should double-check your owner’s manual, but how much refrigerant your car needs is between 14 to 28 oz. So, a mechanic should be able to top off the freon levels with just one can of R-134a refrigerant. Keep in mind that you can’t mozy into any store and get your own refrigerant.
