How much lift do you need for a 2 Door Jeep JK on 37-inch tires?

I’m starting to add modifications to my 2 Door Jeep JK, and one of the first things on my to-do list is to upgrade my tires to 37s. Those are pretty big tires, so how much lift would my 2 Door JK need?

For a 2 Door
Jeep
JK on 37s, you can get away with a 2.5 lift if you have flat fenders. Fenders that hug the wheels too closely will cause rubbing and eventual wear and tear on the tires.
You can also go for a 3.5 lift with any kind of
fender
for a little extra room, but be aware that your Jeep will be pretty tall after that.
