Depending on how much clearance you need for the new tires, you have some options as far as which type of lift kit you can choose.- Body lift kits: These will raise your vehicle up to three inches to provide a little extra space for tires. They’re a cheaper lift kit option, usually running between $400 and $4,000.
- Small suspension lift kits: These will lift your vehicle between two and five inches and provide extra clearance for larger tires. They’re more expensive, however, starting around $1,000 and easily going up to $10,000.
- Large suspension lift kits: For over six inches of lift, you’ll want a large suspension kit. They’re not cheap—these usually start around $3,000 and can climb up to $15,000.
