How many rest stops are there on I-10 in Florida?

We wanted to go on one last vacation as a couple before our baby comes in six months, but my mom says I’m grossly underestimating how often I’ll need to stop for bathroom breaks. Could you tell me how many rest stops there are on I-10 in Florida, just in case?

Before you head out on your road trip, make sure your car’s tires, brakes, and lights get inspected by a mechanic. Top off your fluids, get an oil change and consider investing in roadside assistance before you leave too.
