How many points before your license is suspended in PA?

Do I need to clean up my driving record to avoid getting my license suspended in PA? I’m really paranoid about losing my license because my husband doesn’t drive. I got my second speeding ticket a few days ago.

It makes sense you’d be worried about your license being suspended if you’re the only driver in your household! If you accumulate 11 points or more, your license will automatically be suspended in
PA
. Your first suspension will last for 90 days but any following suspensions will last for 120 days.
If you’d like to clean up your driving record, however, the key is to drive safely. For every 12 consecutive months without a violation, the state will remove three points from your record. Points do not automatically expire in PA, so driving safely is necessary for getting a clean record.
