Once you receive the notice of suspension, you’ll need to turn in your license as soon as possible to avoid an extended sentence.While a license suspension is definitely no minor issue, your license can be completely revoked if you get 12 or more driving points on your record. Remember that driving points stay on your record for two years, so your record won’t necessarily reset with the new year!
