, if you acquire eight or more points in 12 months, you’ll will be required to attend Traffic Survival School and/or serve a 12-month license suspension.Luckily, rolling a stop sign with no harm done is only a two-point moving violation. Other more severe violations like reckless driving or driving under the influence can result in an instant eight points and license suspension.
Racking up minor traffic violations can quickly add up to eight points. By attending Traffic Survival School, you can avoid a license suspension for these circumstances. Although, some severe violations will not qualify, check with the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Motor Vehicles Division (MVD) for more details.
