How many driving lessons should a beginner take?

I’m getting ready to sign up for driving lessons, but I’m also eager to get my license. I know I have to take coursework, as well as driving lessons. But how many driving lessons should I take as a beginner?

Congratulations on starting your journey toward legally driving a car! Typically, you should take between 45 and 75 one-hour driving lessons to adequately prepare for your driving test.
Most driving instructors highly recommend that you take 45 hours of lessons with a certified instructor and at least 20 hours with a friend or family member. However, your state of residence often dictates how many lessons or driving hours you need before taking your test.
Because the number of driving lessons you should take varies by state, ask your instructor or call your local DMV to get more information.
If you manage to get enough hours behind the wheel and pass your driving test, you’re just one step away from driving on your own! All that’s left to do is find
