According to the Department of Transportation (DOT), there are 5.6 million cars in
Wisconsin
and 4.3 million licensed drivers. If you’re new to Wisconsin, don’t forget to register your car within 60 days of moving. All you need to do is visit your local DOT office, show your driver’s license, present your certificate of title or registration card from your previous state, and pay the registration fee. To speed things up, Wisconsin also allows you to register your car online through the DOT website.
