How long should I wait before driving on a sealed driveway?

I just sealed my driveway for $5,000. I don’t want to mess it up because I paid so much. How long should you stay off a sealed driveway?

If you don’t want to ruin your investment, wait at least 24 hours before driving on a sealed driveway. But if it’s above 80 degrees where you live, you may want to wait at least 48 hours for your driveway to fully cure.
As a precaution, you may want to hang a rope or put rocks in front of your driveway so no one mistakenly drives on it.
You can usually walk on a driveway, however, about four hours after it’s sealed. This is simply because you weigh far less than a vehicle.
