How hard is driving?

I’m about to start driving lessons and I’m really nervous about them. How hard is it to learn how to drive? I’m afraid I won’t be able to get the hang of it and I’ll get into an accident.

Try not to be nervous about starting driving lessons! While driving can be hard under certain circumstances, you’ll get the hang of it over time. It takes the average person 45 hours of driving lessons and an additional 22 hours of practice behind the wheel to master the art of driving, so don’t be afraid to take it slow.
Once you’ve driven a few times, you’ll get a better feel for the controls in your car. Then, you won’t have to look down or even think very hard about doing things like switching gears, hitting the brakes, or
turning on your headlights

To make yourself a little more comfortable behind the wheel, it’s a good idea to make sure that you have a good car insurance policy in place in case of an accident. Luckily, the

app makes it quick and easy to find the best rates available—no long forms or phone calls necessary. Download the app to learn more.
All the best with your driving lessons—with some practice, you’ll be driving with confidence in no time!
