How do you wax a car using an electric buffer?

I have an electric buffer that I’ve used to polish furniture and just realized I could also use it to wax my car. How do you wax a car using an electric buffer?

If you’re used to waxing your car by hand or paying to have it
detailed
, using an electric buffer is going to save you tons of time and money.
To wax your car yourself with an electric buffer, you’re going to need the following supplies in addition to the buffer:
  • Liquid car wax
  • A finishing pad to apply the wax
  • Microfiber towels
Before you wax your car, you’ll need to prepare it first by
giving it a good wash
. Once your car is clean and completely dry, you can begin to apply the wax. Start by applying it to the buffer pad with several small dots around the outside and one large dot in the middle.
Next, turn on the buffer and apply the wax with light pressure in long, sweeping strokes. Pass over each section two to four times. Once you’re finished applying the wax, remove it with a clean microfiber towel.
Another way to save yourself tons of time and money is with the
