I have some driving credit on my Zipcar account, and I want to use it on a trip I’m taking in the fall because it’ll be more expensive. How can I apply the driving credit to a future trip?

Zipcar gives you driving credit as a result of your rate plan, following a negative experience with Zipcar, or as part of a promotion. If you have driving credit, it will automatically be applied to your next booking. You can check your Zipcar driving credit balance by following these steps:
Log into your Zipcar account.
Select Billing on the top navigation menu.
Here you’ll see an area showing your driving credit with your available credit balance.
Your driving credit won’t apply to current or past trips. When you book a new trip, the available credit will be applied to the total cost of your trip before taxes are added on. Be sure to note that your driving credit will expire, so check the expiration on your billing page.
