How do you use a Honda navigation system?
I’m getting ready to go on a road trip in my new 2020 Honda CR-V LX. I want to use the navigation system to avoid getting lost or having to look at my phone. I’ve never owned a Honda before—how does the navigation system work?

is a great way to stay safe and avoid getting lost!Fortunately, it won’t take you long to learn how to use a Honda navigation system. Start by searching for your destination. You can type it out or use voice commands.
To manually search:
- Press the navigation icon on the touchscreen display
- Press where to
- Enter the destination’s address in the search bar
- Select done and go to start the directions
To use voice commands:
- Press the talk button on the steering wheel
- Say navigation and find address
- State your desired address
- Say the number that corresponds with your destination on the touchscreen display
- Say go to start the directions
If you’re in an unfamiliar area and need to find a destination (like a gas station), you can:
- Press the navigation icon on the touchscreen display
- Select the categories icon
- Choose your desired category, such as restaurants, gas stations, etc.
- Select a subcategory and your desired destination
