How do you turn off speed-sensitive volume control?
Can I turn off the speed-dependent volume control feature in my BMW? It’s super annoying and doesn’t really seem to help much with playing over the road noise, so I would love to just turn the feature off.

Here are the steps you’ll need to follow to turn off your speed-sensitive volume control in your
BMW
:- Open your iDrive menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Tone.
- Set the speed-sensitive volume control to OFF.
If you’d rather change the sensitivity of the feature:
- Press and hold the music note key until your display reads SPEED VOL.
- Use the + and - buttons to raise or lower the sensitivity as you choose.
- Press the musical note key again to save your changes.
