How do you test a brake servo on an electric car?

I know that electric cars have some more advanced braking systems than the hydraulic or mechanical systems that ICE cars use. But I’m wondering how to test a brake servo on an electric car—and whether they even have one?

Testing the brake servo on an electric car can actually require you taking apart your vehicle’s wheel hub to see whether there are any mechanical issues going wrong with your car’s braking system. With regenerative braking being used on most electric cars, it’s probably best to keep things simple and conduct a
road test
instead.
Testing a brake servo on an electric car can be done by finding a quiet street on which you can check your vehicle’s braking response. Get your car up to around 30 mph or so, then apply a moderate amount of pedal pressure in order to see whether your electric car’s regenerative braking responds as normal.
