How do you stop your leg from shaking when driving?
What makes my leg shake while I’m driving and how can I stop it? It might be nerves because I’ve never had this problem before and driving makes me a little anxious, but it’s really annoying and I would love to make it stop.

I’m sorry to hear that! It’s entirely possible that nerves are causing your leg to shake when you drive. It’s even more likely that this is the case if you notice other symptoms, such as:

- Chills or sweating
- Nausea or dizziness
To stop an anxious shake, try to take deep breaths to calm your nervous system. It can also help to reduce other sources of stimulation, such as
loud music
or conversations. Reducing caffeine consumption can also help to calm a shaky leg when behind the wheel.If none of this calms your shaking leg, it’s possible that the cause is physical, not mental. In this case, it’s best to visit a doctor to find the proper treatment for the issue.
