How do you renew an expired driver’s license in PA?

I accidentally let my driver’s license expire in PA and now I’m not sure how to renew it. What do I need to do to get my old license renewed?

PA
law requires you to complete the renewal process in person if your driver’s license has been expired for over six months. In this case, you’ll need to retake part or all of the driving tests to get your new license.
Renewing a recently expired license works the same way as a regular driver’s license renewal, though! You can complete the application process online or in person. Some DMV branches may charge a late fee for renewing an expired license, but otherwise, the process is identical.
