How do you program the Honda auto-lock and unlock feature?
I drive a 2018 Honda Odyssey LX, and I’m pretty sure there are many different ways to program the auto-lock and unlock feature, but I’m not sure where to start. How do you change the Honda auto-lock and unlock settings?

Honda Odyssey LX
offers many different ways to program the auto-lock and unlock that can make your life easier, and fortunately, making changes is a simple process. To program the Honda auto-lock and unlock feature, you should:
- Press the Home button on the center display.
- Go to Settings and select Vehicle.
- Scroll down and select Door setup.
- Select Auto door lock or Auto door unlock.
- Choose the setting you want to proceed with and hit Save.
Your auto door lock options are:
- With vehicle speed: Locks the doors when you reach ten miles per hour.
- Shift from P: Locks the doors when you shift out of park.
- Off: Disables the auto locks.
Your auto door unlock options are:
- All doors with driver’s door open: Unlocks all the doors when the driver’s door opens.
- All doors with shift to P: Unlocks all the doors when you shift your vehicle to Park.
- All doors with IGN off: Unlocks all the doors when you switch off the ignition.
- Off: Disables the auto door unlocking feature.
