garage door opener is super easy. Here’s what you need to do: - Put the ignition in the ON/RUN position.
- Make sure that the hand-held transmitter is about two inches from the HomeLink button you are programming while keeping the HomeLink indicator light in view.
- At the same time, hold down the HomeLink button you want to program and the garage door opener transmitter button.
- Watch the HomeLink indicator light while continuing to hold both buttons. The light should blink steadily and then very quickly. Let go of both buttons when this happens.
- Within 30 seconds, find the Learn or Train button on the garage door opener motor, and firmly push then release the button.
- Get back into your car and push the programmed HomeLink button two times (holding it for two seconds each time). When the garage door opener motor operates, programming has been properly completed.
