I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Tucson a few hours ago and will need to put some gas in the tank soon, but I can’t figure out how to open the fuel fill door. How do you open the gas tank on a 2017 Hyundai Tucson?

If you’re used to owning an older vehicle, this can definitely be a bit confusing at first. To open the gas tank on a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, you’ll need to first pull the release latch on the bottom-left side of the instrument panel (it should be marked by a gas pump icon).
Once this release latch is pulled, the fuel fill door will automatically spring open—and now that you’ve got the fuel door open, all you have to do to open your 2017 Hyundai Tucson’s gas tank is unscrew the gas cap.
Hopefully this answers your question!
Even though the 2017 Hyundai Tucson gets pretty decent mileage, fueling up at the pump can still set you back a good $4,000 to $5,000 each year, making it all the more crucial to reduce your car-ownership expenses wherever possible. Fortunately,
