is simple and only takes a few seconds. Here’s how to open the hood:- Grab your key and walk around to the front of your car. Identify theFordemblem on the front bumper—gently turn the emblem to the left, revealing a hidden keyhole underneath.
- Insert your key and turn counterclockwise—this will pop the hood.
- Keep the key inserted and now turn the key clockwise, holding it in place once you’ve turned it all the way to the right. Meanwhile, lift up the hood to fully open it.
- When you’re done, firmly close the hood and remember to flip the emblem back into place.
